We ship from our warehouses & factories located in USA & UK & EU & China.
I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please CONTACT US immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
I have received a damage product. How can I claim my warranty?
Please contact us within 5 business days if your parcel arrives damaged, so we can get in contact with our courier and delivery agents. Please photograph and keep all of the packaging, as the courier company will request to see evidence of damaged goods. Our friendly customer service team will assist you through this process.

Incorrect Addresses & Unclaimed Parcels
Please be sure to double check your address when submitting your order as we ship to the exact address that is provided. If your parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address you will be required to pay a reshipment fee to have your parcel delivered a second time. If you make a mistake when ordering please CONTACT US ASAP and our customer service team may be able to assist with amending your information.
Why is my order being shipped in different packages?
If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from the a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!
